Health Coaching

I have some exciting news! I have been on a new journey and I am beginning a new business as a health coach! I have always has an interest in health and nutrition and enjoy sharing this knowledge with my friends, colleagues, and family. I decided to increase my knowledge and learn, in a formal traning program how to live a better life through eating well and taking care of myself. I am currently enrolled in an online training program with Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. I am not only learning how to¬† improve my life, I am also receiving very detailed and careful instructions on how to coach others around food and lifestyle choices. I a really excited! I look foward to sharing more with you about my new career path, and all of the benefits of this work. I’ll be inviting people to health consultations in the near future, to have the opportunity to support them to create a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
